I'm a design-oriented systems thinker who uses powerful stories, creativity, and a whole lot of tools I picked up along the way to synergize people and purpose!

My diversified background - from underground music to e-commerce to academics - gives me a meta-level view of our world, while staying in touch with both meaning and minutia. As I develop professional excellence, I understand that it is not what we do, but how we do it, why, and for whom. The magic is in the way we work, organize, and do business. In all things, I am committed to critical and liberatory approaches that are equity-informed, disability-led, queer, anti-racist, ecologically embedded, iterative, appropriately designed, well-connected, life-affirming, and place-based.
