We°C Practice
We°C is dedicated to a world where we may all be well. As we unlearn what formed us, let us also remember and invent different ways of being together in service to life.
Aligned with thriving and fantastic futures, We°C client partnerships create inspired action through shared purpose. Because of the way I’m diversified, I design bespoke services and interventions across industry targeting your greatest aspiration, need, or curiosity, infusing it with elan!
Bio: A cultural antagonist and servant of planetary solutions, I am a futurist at my core, always engaged in the building of worlds. I grew up on the Pacific cliffs and in rivers running through Redwoods. My folks taught me radical service and imagination, founding a community church in my childhood while simultaneously opening the world of science fiction to me. I came of age in a record shop - lugging sound systems into moonlit spaces on weekend nights. As my two children have grown, my path has become a polymath’s promiscuous foray into transdisciplinary work. I find myself straddling several domains, working them together to design systems and culture strategies that are viable, relevant, and life-sustaining. The quick list version: I have a background in service excellence, leadership, creative industries, management and organizational development (particularly in entrepreneurial environments), website and warehouse operations, communications, data management, UX, and branding. My academic training builds on my lived experiences spanning critical studies, community psychology, somatic therapies, ethnobotany, business and marketing innovation, economic theory, UX design, technology implementation, organizational development, a variety of design and systems methodologies, and fine arts - all supported by my ongoing development and diversification as a writer, poet, and theorist. I graduated from Fairhaven College of Interdisciplinary Studies at Western Washington University in 2020 with a degree in Narrative Psychology and Whole Systems Thinking. I continue to build in my technology design research, liberatory approaches, ecological economics, education, and art production. I’ve also been producing counterculture events of various sizes for over two decades. Everything I do is from an anti-racist, decolonial standpoint as best as I’m able to embody at this moment in my life and my contexts, project ongoing. I invite earnest and real conversations to this effect. More on myself, including my research positionality, can be found on the Portfolio page.

1 : 1 Coaching
I specialize in transformational moments. Through a process of introspection, disruption, tools resourcing, and identifying your contribution to the world we create a personal narrative, understand your identity and social position, scale how you access the immensity of the world, build capacity, and attend to interpersonal dynamics. We go as deep as you will into the roots and the mud.
Program Development
Whether it’s a community initiative, a service intervention, an internal development program, a pedagogical framework, or a technology innovation, I’m eager to put our culture and ideas into practice in creative and transformative ways! I bring a variety of design methodologies to support inspired and resourced development.
Communications
Communication transfers culture, messages, builds cognitive frameworks, and shapes behavior. Branding, marketing narratives, consumer behavior, ESG initiatives including liberation and biodiversity advocacy, and a strict avoidance of going the way of greenwashing. Develop your voice and image across mediums.
Teams
Teams are consensual communities. I offer meeting design, training, facilitation, and in-house communications strategies by mapping personality systems and engineering group dynamics. Develop rapport and shared vision that incorporates diverse perspectives. Leverage needs to unlock skill and excellence together.
Research Design
Qualitative research encompassing people and data. Participatory design methods, interviews, systematic review analysis, surveys, and over-all amazing world-changing experiences that bring participants a sense of empowerment and tell compelling stories! Research is a connecting practice that lets us SEE things!!
Diversity & Access
I am committed to an anti-racist, liberatory approach in my work. This is embedded into my practice. From disability integration in organizational design to decolonization in company culture to shared experiences creating authentic relationships in diverse communities, I have a transdisciplinary, experiential facilitation and design approach.
Culture & Systems
Understand your vision and how to design structures to support effective impact and conditions. Organizational culture and systems, ecological systems thinking approaches and training, social landscape mapping, cultural development and storyboarding, intervention design and strategies, voicing a cohesive vision.
Technologies
Technologies shape our world and should make us more able to do things well and in wellness. Development, procedure building, UX, ICT, implementation design, innovation, ideation, ecosystem design and development, and industry creation. Human-centered design, sustainability, and accessibility expertise.
Immersive Experience
This is where I get to bring my magic into things! Immersive experiences curated, co-designed and built to hold containers where things can unravel and emerge. Vision work, conflict repair, writing workshops, sacred spaces, sensory friendly and stimulating retreats, organizational discovery, and really. good. parties.
The world that is aching to be born now is a world where people take charge of their lives by linking arms with each other and working together for something they all enjoy seeing happening.
