Customer Service, Research & Psychology

Service to others is the heart of my work.

I cut my teeth at an independent record shop when I was 15,

creating experiences for customers in an immersive music culture.

For over 20 years since,

my service skills have developed into expertise.

Curated experiences define my professional interactions.

Because I care about others, good service is easy to deliver!

Deeply aligned with my emotional intelligence (EQ) & empathy,

my research focuses on human well-being and planetary health

My work is defined by:

- An understanding of human needs & motivations

- Locating resources/methods to fulfill needs & move to a fulfilling/empowering experience

- Compassion which drives teamwork & development of practices/guidelines to meet goals,

creating rapport between client & organization

Hard skills:

  • Phone service, email communications, issue tracking and resolution, data analysis, reporting, training & employee review

  • Five years leading service at FusionBeads.com: key in developing an excellent reputation for service, growing return customer base

  • Events: create cohesion and direct talents in teams to support overall experience of participants

  • Participatory Design: community interviews, focus groups, design and development (what matters, identify resources, community empowerment)

My degree in Narrative Psychology focuses on how people use stories to make sense of the world. This works with my degree in Whole Systems Thinking which considers dynamic and interconnected relationships in systems, how they work, and how to impact them.
